Fence Replacement Project Starting Soon

Phase 1 Begins Within 30 Days – East Kirnwood Drive

Following Phases:

- Bainbridge Drive
- Back side of Bronco Drive
- Chaucer Place

Homeowners with Fence-Line Yards: Immediate Action Required!

Please trim back trees, shrubs, or vegetation along your back fence before work begins in your area.

If not trimmed, the HOA’s contractor will do so at the homeowner’s expense.

Pet & Property Safety

- Secure pets indoors during workdays.- Ensure unlocked access to your yard – locked gates or obstructions may cause delays and extra charges.

Fence Modifications

Any unapproved fence modifications will be removed and replaced with the standard community design.

-The HOA is not responsible for non-approved alterations.
