Tree Trimming Around the Property

This is a reminder that Tree Trimming will begin on Saturday, October 11th, between 7:00-8:00 AM.

Overhanging or low branches can obstruct sidewalks, streets, stop signs and in storms, pose falling hazards.
• Healthy Trees = Beautiful Community
Proper pruning removes dead limbs, boosts tree health, and enhances visual appeal.
• Compliance with HOA Rules
Our CC&Rs require maintaining a “clean and attractive” landscape. Consistent upkeep preserves property values and prevents penalties.

By keeping up with tree trimming, we:
• Improve safety & visibility throughout the neighborhood
• Protect our shared property values and cohesive aesthetic
• Prevent damage or hazards from fallen or overgrown branches

If trees or shrubs on a homeowner's property are overgrown and encroach upon the common area perimeter, they may be trimmed, and a fee may be charged to the homeowner’s account.
