Call for Candidates
Date: October 29, 2025
As managing agent of Wisdom Creek Homeowners Association, Inc., we are pleased to announce that a Virtual Annual Election Meeting of the Members will soon be scheduled. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the normal business of the Association and elect three (3) Class A Members to the Board of Directors.
Enclosed with this notice you will find a blank candidacy form. If you would like to nominate yourself or another Class A Member as a candidate for the Board of Directors, please complete the form and return it to Essex Association Management via Email, Mail, Fax, or by submitting Online through your Association’s Website by or before the deadline noted below. Due to the meeting being held virtually, floor nominations and write-in candidates cannot be accepted during the meeting. Candidates must be in good standing.
In order to ensure that all candidates’ names are placed on the ballot, the Association must receive the completed Candidacy Form no later than Monday, November 10th, 2025, at 5:00p.m.

Please be sure if mailing in your Candidacy Form you allow plenty of time for it to reach us.
After the deadline for returning Candidacy Forms expires, we will issue the Meeting Annual Election Notice Packet which shall include the notice, meeting agenda, proxy, ballot listing all candidates, and copies of the candidates’ statements. For your name to be on the ballot, we must receive your candidacy form by or before 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 10, 2025.
